Xenses Park Tickets

Xenses is a unique sensory experience park near Playa del Carmen (45 min from Cancun) from the Xcaret group. Unlike Xcaret (culture/nature) or Xplor (adventure), Xenses is built around optical illusions, sensory experiences, and playful environments that trick your perception, tilted houses, underground rivers, bird flight simulation, and a 'world turned upside down'. It is designed for all ages and takes approximately 3-4 hours.

Xenses is designed as a half-day experience, most visitors spend 3 to 4 hours. This makes it easy to combine with another park on the same day. Many visitors pair it with Xcaret (evening show) or as an afternoon activity before dinner in Playa del Carmen.

Key experiences include: a dark underground river float, an aerial bird flight simulation, the 'Purgatory' tilted house where perception is completely distorted, Xenses Zoo with unusual animals, a cenote swimming area, and the 'world below', a village built entirely upside down. Every activity is designed to confuse and engage your senses.

Yes, Xenses is designed for all ages. Children love the optical illusions and playful environments. There are no height restrictions for most activities. The park is far less intense than Xplor. Families with children of all ages find it an excellent choice.

Xcaret = culture + nature (full day, Mayan shows, wildlife). Xplor = adrenaline adventure (zip lines, ATVs). Xenses = sensory and perceptual experiences (half day, all ages, no adrenaline required). Xenses is ideal if you want something unusual and engaging that isn't focused on extreme activities.

Xenses is located on Highway 307 approximately 65 km south of Cancun, about 50 minutes by car. We include hotel transport from your Cancun or Riviera Maya hotel. Xenses also operates its own shuttle service from select hotels.

Xenses tickets include access to all attractions within the park, underground river, bird flight, sensory zones, zoo, cenote area, and all illusion environments. Food and drinks are available for purchase inside but are not included in the base ticket. A food and drink package can be added.
